Monthly Workshops

Our workshops provide a supportive, welcoming, and evidence-based space where families can learn and ask questions without judgement. We currently offer 5 free to access workshops each month, designed to support families through pregnancy, birth, infant feeding, babywearing, and the introduction of solid foods.

All workshops are held in Whitby, with the exception of our babywearing workshops. Our Newborn Babywearing Workshop and Older Baby Babywearing Workshop alternate between Whitby and Scarborough, each location hosts these workshops on a bi-monthly basis.

Booking essential: contact us to book onto a workshop.
